Meet the Team
When you work with LeanTech Solutions, you’re not hiring a big agency—you’re hiring me, Evan LeBras. The team? Well, that’s mostly just me (don’t worry, I get along great with myself). But I also have a strong network of designers, developers, and specialists I can call in when needed. Most of the time, though, we’ll be working together—directly, efficiently, and without the overhead.
After 20 years in corporate and operational leadership, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping business owners build stronger systems, teams, and customer experiences. I believe that if we only have eight hours in a workday, they should be spent building something that matters—and moves the business forward.
I’m a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a degree in Systems Engineering, and I’ve spent my career driving operational change in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. Today, I bring that experience to local businesses—helping owners not just grow, but transform.
