Technology Assessment
A client utilized our services in order to ensure that the right technology chosen fit the business need, through implementation. This included a root cause analysis, identification of viable technologies, market study, vendor recommendation, piloting of the chosen technology, and development and implementation of a control plan to ensure the solution was lasting.
Software Development
Our client wanted the implementation of a software solution. We utilized a mix of agile and scrum methodologies to ensure effective and efficient development of the project from requirements gathering, software development, refinement, user acceptance testing, piloting and eventually full scale implementation.
Team Facilitation
Our team used group facilitation methods to develop a customized workshop, including root cause analysis, solutions development, and implementation planning. The team utilized data analysis as part of the pre-planning of the workshop, to ensure that participants were able to make data driven decisions. The implementation planning included an assessment of value against difficulty of implementation to ensure the highest ROI solutions were effectively pursued. The project also pursued a "Plan, Do, Check, Act" cycle following the workshop to ensure that additional solutions were discovered and pursued.
Six Sigma / Data Analysis
A client had a situation in which multiple inputs were thought to contribute to the timeliness of product delivery, including the number of orders, time of year, type of orders- among other potential factors. The team was able to quantify which factors were significant, and create a model which was used for forecasting purposes, allowing the company to focus on the most impactful factors as a means to positively influence on-time delivery rates of the product. The team also implemented a statistical process control system to detect and alert management of uncontrolled process conditions.
