I’m Evan LeBras, founder of LeanTech Solutions—and a lifelong resident of Southeastern Connecticut. After two decades in operations and leadership, I started this consultancy to help business owners work more intentionally, scale with confidence, and solve the day-to-day challenges that get in the way of meaningful progress.

How I Work
I’m a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a degree in Systems Engineering, and I bring 20 years of experience leading process improvement, change management, and operational strategy in high-demand environments.

What makes LeanTech different is that I’m not here to hand you a plan and walk away. I work directly with business owners and teams to implement change, adapt in real time, and make sure the improvements actually stick.

While the “team” is mostly just me, I have a strong network of specialists—designers, developers, marketers, and more—who can be called in when the work requires it. No bloated teams. No unnecessary layers. Just the support you need, when you need it.
