All Work, No Play!

This is a friendly reminder of the reason WHY we work.

Sometimes it is easy to get lost in the day to day operations and forget why we are at work to begin with. As the old adage goes, "work to live, don't live to work". There's really no shame in this, it's one of the main reasons I love what I do- I can help others reclaim their time by helping to uncover hidden efficiencies.

Since joining the band Sea of Giants over a year ago I have gotten to know a side of myself that I hadn't realize existed; mainly I learned how to have fun while playing music. It no longer revolved around playing a song exactly as it was written, or overcoming technical challenges- those were relevant concepts but they didn't drive the bands creative process. It became more about the sound, the emotion, and the effect of being part of a team.
