Not only can the tool help draft your emails, but it learns about your business and provides relevant responses.

Here is a test email that I wrote to myself. The AI Integration helped me write a response with relevant information about my business. I remain in the driver's seat and AI takes the hard manual labor out of the equation.

Beyond emails, Gemini works across all Google Apps, so you can ask it to schedule meetings based on your calendar, retrieve notes and other tasks that make this a truly integrated AI assistant.

One of my favorite prompts is to ask Gemini to give insights about your business. It will research what information it has stored and give some surprisingly insightful responses.
